At last year's chili cook-off at Redeemer I thought I'd made the world's hottest chili using a full bag of dried ghost peppers plus some other ingredients. There was nothing more to do for this year's event (Dec. 7 at Redeemer following worship). Then I heard there were peppers hotter than the ghost pepper. (See here.) So, looks like I'll be making Carolina Reaper Pepper Chili for the cook-off. (!!!) Here's me cooking a year ago.
