Preaching on Romans 12:1-2 This Morning

I'm taking a photo of "Mount Nacheesmo" at Tio's in Ann Arbor

This morning at Redeemer I'm preaching out of Romans 12:1-2. These verses are as formative for me as any in Scripture. I've been swimming in the deep exegetical waters of them this week, and believe God has given me new insights which I'll share with my people in just a few hours.

Then tonight at 6 we graduate the fourth class of Redeemer Ministry School. I'm so thankful for and proud of these student-friends!

Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercies, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. 2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is —his good, pleasing and perfect will.
